The Duwai of Nigeria

The Duwai of Nigeria, numbering approximately 22,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a West Chadic people of Yobe State in northeastern Nigeria, living mainly east and south of Gashua and closely related linguistically to the Bade and Ngizim. They mostly adhere to Folk Islam and Duwai is their primary language.
