Overview: The Arab World encompasses all areas in which Arabic is the dominant language, even though many peoples that speak languages that pre-date the Arab invasions are included in this affinity bloc. The Arab World is located in Western Asia and North Africa. Thirty-five Arabic languages are spoken by the eighteen people clusters that comprise this affinity bloc. Included among these are two Bedouin clusters and five Berber clusters.
