The Makong Trui of Laos, numbering approximately 2,600 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a tribal subgroup of the So Makon people of Laos . They are an Indigenous people, in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Animism. They primarily speak So (Laos).
