The Boria of India, numbering approximately 5,100 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are described as a Hindu agrarian community of north India, commonly understood as a sub-group of the Pasi community, though today they see themselves as a distinct community and generally do not intermarry with other Pasi groups They are an Indigenous people, with Boria as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Pasi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism. They primarily speak Awadhi.
