The Han Chinese of Christmas Island, numbering approximately 1,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are the largest linguistic subgroup of the world’s largest ethnic group. Han Chinese trace their roots back to the Huaxia tribes of the Yellow River Valley, with a continuous civilization spanning 4,000+ years. They are an Diaspora people in the Chinese people cluster of the East Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Chinese, Mandarin and their primary religion is Chinese Folk Religion.
