The Cacua of Colombia, numbering approximately 250 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are described as an Indigenous Kakua-speaking people of the Vaupés region of northwestern Amazonia who are closely related to the Nukak and maintain a distinct clan-based identity rooted in the forest and river systems near the Brazil border They are an Indigenous people, with Cacua (Macu) as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the South American Indigenous people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism. They primarily speak Cacua.
