The Chagga of Kenya, numbering approximately 24,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an indigenous ethnic group native to the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro and parts of Mount Meru in northeastern Tanzania. They are an Diaspora people, in the Bantu, Central-East people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Swahili.
