The Gumuz of Sudan, numbering approximately 58,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Sudan; a dialect subgroup of Gumuz (guk). They are an Indigenous people in the Nilotic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Gumuz and their primary religion is Animism.
