The Reef Islanders of Solomon Islands

The Reef Islanders of Solomon Islands, numbering approximately 16,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous Oceanic-speaking population of the main Reef Islands in Temotu Province, Solomon Islands, particularly Lomlom and Fenualoa/Ngäsinuwe. Their communities traditionally depend on fishing and subsistence horticulture. They are an Indigenous people in the Solomons people cluster of the Pacific Islander Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Äiwoo and their primary religion is Protestantism.
