The Pong Puang of Laos, numbering approximately 3,900 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as a tribal subgroup of the Pong people of Laos and can also be known as Pong. They are an Indigenous people, with Pong as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Buddhism. They primarily speak Phong-Kniang.
