The Puspakan Unni of India

The Puspakan Unni of India, numbering approximately 3,200 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Ambalavasi community of Kerala also called Unni or Nambisan, traditionally garland-makers for temple deities, their name combining words for flower and child. Agriculture and white-collar work now supplement garland-making. They are an Indigenous people in the Malayali people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Malayalam and their primary religion is Hinduism.
