The Ladia of India

The Ladia of India, numbering approximately 10,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an offshoot of the Chamar in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh who have abandoned traditional leatherwork. Masonry, wage labor, and petty business are now common. They are an Indigenous people in the Hindi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Bundeli and their primary religion is Hinduism.
