The Majothi of India

The Majothi of India, numbering approximately 750 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Sunni Muslim community of Kutch and Saurashtra in Gujarat, also called Darban or Kumbhar, traditionally masons. Masonry remains their main trade, supplemented by farming. They are an Indigenous people in the Sindhi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Kacchi and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
