They are a Mande tribal group indigenous to Burkina Faso and can also be known as Boron, Boon, Bon, Boka, Bonde, Bo. They are an Diaspora people, in the Malinke people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Bolon.
