The Gosangi of India

The Gosangi of India, numbering approximately 34,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a distinct Hindu community of South India, recognized today as a Scheduled Caste, found mainly in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with smaller populations in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, and in migrant communities abroad. They mostly adhere to Folk Hinduism and Telugu is their primary language.
