The Monpa of India, numbering approximately 152,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a subgroup of the Monpa, an ethnic group originating in northeastern India. They are an Indigenous people in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Monpa, Tawang and their primary religion is Tibetan Buddhism.
