The Monpa of India

The Monpa of India, numbering approximately 150,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a subgroup of the Monpa, an ethnic group originating in northeastern India . They are an Indigenous people, in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Buddhism - Tibetan. They primarily speak Monpa, Tawang.
