The Sonr of India, numbering approximately 24,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Scheduled Tribe of Madhya Pradesh claiming descent from the Seori people of the Ramayana, traditionally plow cultivators. Agriculture and wage labor remain their main occupations.
