They are a community of India and can also be known as Sabz-Farosh, Mewa-Farosh, Kujra, Rayeen, Sabzi-Farosh, 'Kunjra'. They are an Indigenous people, in the Arain people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Urdu.
