The Western Tarahumara of Mexico, numbering approximately 25,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an Indigenous Rarámuri people of the Sierra Madre Occidental in Chihuahua, Mexico, distinguished by their use of the Western Tarahumara language variety. They are also known as Ralámuli. They are an Indigenous people in the Aztec people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Tarahumara, Western and their primary religion is Folk Catholicism.
