The Ingush of Russian Federation

The Ingush of Russian Federation, numbering approximately 445,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Vainakh people of Ingushetia in Russia's North Caucasus, closely related to the neighboring Chechens, whose entire population was deported to Central Asia in Stalin's 1944 Aardakh alongside the Chechens, with survivors barred from returning until 1957. They mostly adhere to Sunni Islam and Ingush is their primary language.
