The Ainu of China, numbering approximately 10,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of China and can also be known as Abdal. They are an Indigenous people, in the Ural-Siberian people cluster of the Turkic Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Ainu (China).
