They are a West African ethnic group indigenous to western Cote d'Ivoire and eastern Liberia They are an Diaspora people, in the Kru people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Klao.
