The Air Tuareg of Niger

The Air Tuareg of Niger, numbering approximately 541,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Tuareg people of Niger's Air Mountains whose ancestors founded the Sultanate of Agadez around 1405 to mediate clan disputes before it came under French control in 1906, with Tuareg traders historically spreading Islam and Arabic script across the Sahara. They mostly adhere to Folk Islam and Tayart Tamajeq is their primary language.

Pray specifically for the Air Tuareg of Niger

"For it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God." Those who heard it said, "Then who can be saved?" But he said "What is impossible with man is possible with God."
readLuke 18:25-27

Pray that the lost who think they have everything they need will recognize their spiritual poverty apart from Jesus and turn to Him in faith.

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
readRomans 5:1

Pray that the gospel will advance and that many who are far from God will receive the good news of salvation with joy and have peace with God through faith in His Son Jesus Christ.

Depart from me, all you workers of evil, for the LORD has heard the sound of my weeping.
readPsalm 6:8

Pray that as people place their faith in Christ, God will remind them that He is near and will help them place their hope in Him when others wish to do them harm.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
readRomans 1:16

Pray that God will raise up sons and daughters who, like Paul, will be bold to share the gospel across cultural barriers so that many might receive salvation.
