The Mada of Cameroon

The Mada of Cameroon, numbering approximately 57,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Mandara Mountain people of Cameroon's Far North, centered in Tokombere District, whose identity traces to a founding ancestor named Mada and historically comprises closely related mountain lineages. They mostly adhere to Folk Islam and Mada (Cameroon) is their primary language.
