They are an ethnolinguistic community of Cameroon, Far North province: Logone-and-Chari Division, south Logone-Birni Subdivision, Zina area and east of Waza They are an Indigenous people, in the Chadic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Folk. They primarily speak Jina.
