They are an indigenous community of Cameroon; a dialect subgroup of Ewondo (ewo) They are an Indigenous people, in the Bantu, Central-Congo people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak Ewondo.
