The Wala of Burkina Faso, numbering approximately 42,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic subgroup of the Dagaaba people in Burkina Faso and can also be known as Dagaari Dioula. They are an Indigenous people, in the Gur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Folk. They primarily speak Dagaari Dioula.
