The Doms of Syria

The Doms of Syria, numbering approximately 43,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a small, historically marginalized ethnic group who belong to the wider Dom people—an Indo‑Aryan diaspora community found across the Middle East, North Africa, and parts of Eurasia. They mostly adhere to Sunni Islam and Domari is their primary language.

Pray that believers God sends to cross cultures will be sensitive to the spiritual needs of the people they serve, and will proclaim the truth of Christ to them in creative ways that they will understand.
