They are a people of Northern Africa, west of the Nile Valley and can also be known as Berbers of Central Morocco, Middle Atlas Berbers. They are an Indigenous people, in the Amazigh-Shilha people cluster of the Arab World affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Tamazight, Central Atlas.
