The Nefusa Imazighen of Libya, numbering approximately 192,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Libya, West, Jabal Nafusah region, Tripolitania, Nalut and Yafran area isolated; Zuara coast, west of Tripoli and can also be known as Nefusa Berber. They are an Indigenous people, in the Amazigh-Saharan people cluster of the Arab World affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Nafusi.
