Khalkha are the largest subgroup of Mongol people who have inhabited modern Mongolia since the 15th century They are an Diaspora people, in the Mongolian people cluster of the East Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Chinese Folk Religion. They primarily speak Mongolian, Halh.
