The Rajannalu of India

The Rajannalu of India, numbering approximately 2,700 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a community of Karimnagar district, Andhra Pradesh, whose name means royal people, traditionally beggars narrating tales of their deity Raja Rajeswaradu. Cattle trade and hawking of goods have replaced their traditional alms-seeking. They mostly adhere to Hinduism and Telugu is their primary language.
