The Tolakari of India

The Tolakari of India, numbering approximately 7,600 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a community of southern Andhra Pradesh, also called Tolagari, once hunters like the related Pala-Ekhari, using titles like Dora and Reddy. Agriculture and animal husbandry remain traditional, alongside government service. They mostly adhere to Hinduism and Telugu is their primary language.
