The Nuxalk of Canada

The Nuxalk of Canada, numbering approximately 1,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Coast Salish nation, also called Bella Coola, whose villages along British Columbia's Bella Coola Valley were built around salmon and eulachon fishing and a potlatch-based social order still upheld by the hereditary House of Smayusta. They mostly adhere to Protestantism and English is their primary language.
