The Montenegrins of Montenegro

The Montenegrins of Montenegro, numbering approximately 288,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a South Slavic people indigenous to Montenegro whose culture developed in the mountainous western Balkans. Traditionally organized around kinship and regional identities, they are predominantly associated with Eastern Orthodox Christianity. They mostly adhere to Eastern Orthodox Christianity and Serbian is their primary language.
