The Taworta of Indonesia

The Taworta of Indonesia, numbering approximately 350 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a small Papuan ethnolinguistic community of the Central Mamberamo region in Highland Papua, Indonesia. Also known as the Dabra or Diebroud people, they maintain a distinct identity rooted in remote forests, river systems, and customary lands. They mostly adhere to Protestantism and Taworta is their primary language.
