The Trieng of Vietnam

The Trieng of Vietnam, numbering approximately 19,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Mon-Khmer subgroup of the officially recognized Gie Trieng people around the Ngoc Linh mountains in Vietnam's Kon Tum province, tracing oral origin to Laos and traditionally living in circular stilt-longhouse villages around a communal rong house. They mostly adhere to Animism and Trieng is their primary language.

Pray that those who mourn will worship God in the midst of their suffering and loss, recognizing He is the source of all good things and that He is worthy of their praise and trust.
