The Oy Kamsang of Laos, numbering approximately 1,400 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a tribal subgroup of the Oy people of Laos. Kamsang They are an Indigenous people, in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Oy.
