The Jingar of India

The Jingar of India, numbering approximately 81,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a widely distributed community across central and southern India whose name comes from jin, meaning saddle, their traditional craft. Many now work as painters, idol-makers, or blacksmiths instead. They are an Indigenous people in the Rajasthani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Marwari (India) and their primary religion is Folk Hinduism.
