The Mundala of India

The Mundala of India, numbering approximately 39,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Scheduled Caste of Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka and Kerala, a subdivision of the Holaya once bonded as agricultural laborers. Daily-wage labor now supports most families. They are an Indigenous people in the Other South Asian people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Tulu and their primary religion is Hinduism.
