The Bhogta of India

The Bhogta of India, numbering approximately 307,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a caste community of cultivators and tea plantation laborers. The Bhogta are concentrated in Bihar's Ranchi district and West Bengal's Jalpaiguri district. They are an Indigenous people in the Hindi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Sadri and their primary religion is Hinduism.
