The Maruthuvar of India, numbering approximately 835,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a community of India and can also be known as Pariyari, Pranopakar, Navidar, Kudimagan, Maruthuvar, Ambattan, Maruthuvan, Pandither, Kudipilla, Marutuvar, Navithar. They are an Indigenous people, in the Tamil people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Tamil.
