The Kaibarta of India, numbering approximately 2,775,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a community of India, Bihar, Assam and can also be known as Jaliya, Kaibartta. They are an Indigenous people, in the Mallah people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Assamese.
