The Tzotzils of Mexico

The Tzotzils of Mexico, numbering approximately 756,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Mayan ethnolinguistic community indigenous to the central highlands of Chiapas, Mexico and can also be known as San Bartolomé Venustiano Carranza Tzotzil. They are an Indigenous people, in the Maya people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Tzotzil.
