The Mordvinians of Turkmenistan, numbering approximately 2,300 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Finno-Ugric ethnic group indigenous to the Republic of Mordovia in western Russia. They are an Diaspora people, in the Finno-Ugric people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Eastern Orthodox. They primarily speak Erzya.
