The Sankaran of Guinea, numbering approximately 123,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Guinea and can also be known as Sankarankan, Faranah. They are an Indigenous people, in the Malinke people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Folk. They primarily speak Maninka, Sankaran.
