The Nguan of Laos

The Nguan of Laos, numbering approximately 45,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a people of Laos and can also be known as Lao Theung (Upland). They are an Indigenous people, in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Khmu.
