They are a Bantu ethnolinguistic community of Democratic Republic of the Congo They are an Diaspora people, in the Bantu, Central-Lakes people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Nande.
