The Krio of Sierra Leone

The Krio of Sierra Leone, numbering approximately 899,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Eurafrican ethnic group descended from freed African-American, Afo-Carribbean, and liberated African slaves who settles in the Western Area (Freetown Peninsula) of Sierra Leone during the 19th century . They are an Indigenous people, in the Other Sub-Saharan African people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak Krio.
