The Bamburo of Nigeria, numbering approximately 23,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are one of three dialect subgroups of Lame (bma), a language of Nigeria. They are an Indigenous people in the Benue people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Lame and their primary religion is Folk Islam.
